Job summary

Quest Financial seeks a Benefits Technology & Implementation Specialist to support its benefits administration and technology needs. Location: Atlanta, GA (Fully Remote). Compensation: $75,000–$85,000 depending on experience.

Direct Hire / Full-Time with potential contract or consulting arrangements considered. This role acts as a technical resource for benefits platforms, handling implementations, configurations, troubleshooting, and payroll integration.

Qualifications

• Experience working with benefits administration technology, HRIS platforms, payroll integrations, or related systems.
• Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, supporting, or troubleshooting business systems.
• Experience with bswift, Employee Navigator, or similar benefits administration platforms strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with payroll systems such as ADP, Paylocity, Paycom, Paycor, or comparable platforms is a plus.
• Understanding of employee benefits administration, benefits data, or medical EDI processes preferred.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical resource for benefits administration platforms, including bswift, Employee Navigator, and related systems.
• Support implementation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of benefits administration systems.
• Manage and troubleshoot integrations between benefits platforms and payroll systems, ensuring accurate data transmission.
• Partner with account managers to resolve complex technical issues and support client implementations.
• Investigate data discrepancies, system errors, and integration challenges, coordinating with vendors and internal teams as needed.
• Support electronic data interchange (EDI) processes related to employee benefits.
• Assist with resolving issues involving benefits elections, payroll deductions, and employee data.
• Develop a strong understanding of existing systems and help identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource to internal team members on system functionality and technical problem-solving.
