Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to calls and emails with professionalism and empathy.

• Research and resolve routine account discrepancies; escalate complex matters as needed.
• Document interactions in CRM and case management systems.
• Follow HIPAA and IRS requirements.

• Identify and flag unusual call volumes or service concerns.
