Job summary

OneDigital is seeking a Benefits Consultant to retain clients, oversee strategy, and drive renewal analyses and service delivery. The role focuses on communicating value, staying current on industry trends, and delivering tailored benefit solutions.

The candidate will work with account teams to design, price, and implement plans, ensuring client satisfaction and profitability while expanding the client book through cross-selling opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in benefits consulting and client communications.
• Ability to influence executive stakeholders and manage complex renewals.
• Knowledge of health and welfare plans, HIPAA, ERISA, PPACA.

Responsibilities

• Develops sophisticated benefit design and renewal strategies to address complex client issues.
• Oversees pre-renewal strategy, RFP distribution, and open enrollment strategy.
• Monitors project scope, budget, timelines, and client satisfaction.
• Grows book through cross-selling and maintains client relationships.
