Job summary

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of employee benefits design and governance.
• Experience with health & welfare or retirement/financial wellness programs.
• Ability to translate strategy into operational requirements and communications.
• Familiarity with benefits regulations (ERISA, ACA, IRS, DOL, HIPAA).

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned benefit portfolios aligning with strategy and employee needs.
• Evaluate program effectiveness, vendor performance, and costs.
• Conduct benchmarking and research to support recommendations.
• Develop options, timelines, and leadership recommendations for implementation.
• Coordinate policy and governance with Shared Services, Communications, and vendors.
• Lead cross-functional benefit projects and change initiatives.
