Qualifications

• Minimum five years of human resources experience.
• Prior benefits administration experience required.
• Experience with PlanSource and UKG preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages benefits programs including health, retirement, life and disability with third-party vendors.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local benefit laws and regulations (ERISA, COBRA, ACA, HIPAA).
• Analyzes data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings or program improvements.
• Manages relationships with vendors, brokers, carriers, and payroll providers to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
• Coordinates annual benefits review, vendor evaluation, and renewal processes with HR leadership.
• Manages open enrollment activities including system updates and communications.
