Qualifications

• At least 1 year of employer benefit strategy/consulting experience (3 years for Senior Associate).
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong analytical, communication and project management skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Deliver benefits plan design, strategy, renewals, benchmarking and compliance, while building client relationships.
• For Senior Associate, coordinate work across teams and ensure internal compliance.
