The role emphasizes client relationships, quality, and practical recommendations, with opportunities to contribute to proposals and practice development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in quantitative or business discipline; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• Strong analytical judgement and problem-solving ability, with attention to data quality and documentation.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including confidence interacting with clients and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Analyze claims experience, cost trends, financial performance, and plan design alternatives.
• Prepare reports, memoranda, and presentations translating analyses into actionable conclusions.
• Coordinate projects/workstreams, manage scope, milestones, and budgets.
• Review junior analysts' work for accuracy and provide coaching.
• Support business development and proposals with existing clients.
