Job summary

NFP, an Aon company, seeks a Consultant to strengthen and deepen client relationships, research and advise on benefit plans, and take a leading advisory role with clients and carrier representatives. This is a high-impact, client-facing role within a collaborative team focused on Health & Welfare.

You will manage proposals, renewals, and strategy plans while working with directors to deliver defined client deliverables and ensure compliance across plans and SPDs.

Qualifications

• BA/BS preferred in a related field.
• Minimum 4+ years in health and welfare consulting.
• Strong understanding of benefits administration and HIPAA/ERISA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate terms, conditions, coverage, and pricing with carriers.
• Develop and maintain client relationships; act as subject matter expert on Health & Welfare.
• Oversee enrollment processes and client strategy plans; mentor Account Managers.
