Job summary

NFP, an Aon company, is seeking a Consultant to deepen client relationships, advise on Health & Welfare plans, and coordinate with carriers. You will manage client deliverables, research options, prepare proposals, and guide renewal actions with strategic insight. Strong client communication and project planning are required in this client-facing role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years of industry and product line experience.
• 4+ years of health and welfare consulting experience required.

Responsibilities

• Negotiates terms, conditions, coverage limits and pricing with carriers and wholesalers.
• Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with clients; act as subject matter expert on Health & Welfare benefits.
• Oversee open enrollment process for clients and review employee communications.
• Review RFPs and insurance plan analyses; coordinate renewal actions.
• Maintain project plans to ensure client deliverables are provided on time.
• Enter client data into CRM (Salesforce) in a timely manner.
