Job summary

As a Consultant, you will manage and improve client relationships, coordinate open enrollment, and ensure regulatory compliance while leveraging Salesforce and vendor tools. We offer a competitive salary and a people-first culture.

Qualifications

• BA/BS preferred or related degree.
• 5+ years of health and welfare consulting experience.
• Experience with benefits administration and ERISA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate terms, conditions, coverage, and pricing with carriers.
• Develop and maintain client relationships; advise on Health & Welfare plans.
• Manage client deliverables with project plans and delegate tasks to juniors.
• Prepare quotations and renewal information using carrier tools.
• Explain legislation guidelines including COBRA, HIPAA, ERISA to clients.
• Oversee open enrollment and client strategy plan development.
