Qualifications

• Three plus years of experience in a carrier or broker environment.
• Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple clients.
• Strong decision-making skills and resourcefulness.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute client benefit strategies and compliance.
• Manage and facilitate client escalations and benefit program implementation.
• Lead client meetings, presentations, and onboarding.
