Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication with clients and vendors.
• Highly organized, process-driven and able to manage multiple deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead renewal cycles for clients, ensuring timely, accurate delivery.
• Collaborate with brokers to assess trends and surface cross-sell opportunities.
• Prepare polished renewal proposals with benefit options and carrier data.
