Third Party CS is seeking motivated individuals for a fully remote role helping union members understand and maximize their benefits. You will assist with questions, explain coverage, and support enrollment and claims from home.

Qualifications

• Experience in benefits administration is not required; training provided.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to learning.
• Ability to manage details and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Assist union members with benefit-related questions.
• Educate members on available coverage and programs.
• Support enrollment and claims processes.
• Build relationships with members and their families.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve member concerns.
• Provide outstanding customer support and follow-up.
