Qualifications

• Experience with Benefits Administration and HR support functions.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience with FMLA, ADA, and LOA preferred.
• Strong understanding of HR compliance and employee relations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits-related questions.
• Administer employee benefits programs including medical, dental, and 401(k).
• Lead open enrollment processes and benefits communication initiatives.
• Manage leave administration including FMLA, ADA, and LOA.
• Partner with benefit vendors to resolve escalated issues.
