Job summary

Any Hour Group in Lindon, UT seeks a Benefits Specialist to support the company’s benefits strategy and daily administration. You will partner with HR leadership and cross-functional teams to help employees understand and use their benefits effectively.

The role covers vendor coordination, COBRA administration, QLE processing, and HRIS maintenance while aligning with ERISA, ACA, and HIPAA requirements. Strong communication and detail orientation are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of experience in benefits administration or HR operations.
• Experience with QLE processing, eligibility rules, and COBRA administration.
• Experience coordinating with benefit vendors, carriers, brokers, or third-party administrators.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary resource for benefit programs, eligibility rules, plan provisions, and employee guidance.
• Review and process enrollments and QLEs for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with plan terms.
• Provide responsive customer service for claims, plan details, and vendor escalations.
