Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for benefits inquiries and escalations.
• Process benefits events within the benefits system with carriers/TPAs.
• Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure compliance.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding for benefits enrollment and termination.
• Conduct audits of benefits data for accuracy.
• Manage data feeds between HRIS, payroll, and benefits platforms.
