AIT Worldwide Logistics is looking for a Benefits Specialist II to support U.S. benefit programs. You will manage benefit enrollments, eligibility, vendor coordination, and more.

The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience in benefits administration and knowledge of compliance requirements. Additional offerings include a flexible benefits package and opportunities for community involvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and relevant work experience.
• 3+ years of Benefits administration experience.
• Strong teammate service orientation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the administration of U.S. teammate benefit programs.
• Respond to benefit-related inquiries via the HR teammate support system.
• Support Annual Open Enrollment activities and benefit communications.

Skills

Knowledge of U.S. health, welfare, retirement, wellness, and voluntary benefit programs

Ability to research and resolve moderately complex benefit issues

Proficiency with HRIS and benefits administration platforms

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, or related discipline
