Job summary

ADP is seeking a Benefit Solutions Specialist - I to ensure platform configuration and readiness for clients during annual enrollment. You will act as the primary contact for Comprehensive Benefits clients and manage benefit plans, enrollment, and WFN/HRB integrations.

The role involves coordinating with back-office and offshore teams, providing benefits expertise, and supporting data gathering, tests, and issue resolution to ensure a smooth enrollment period.

Qualifications

• 2 Years of experience in Client Support or Benefit Administration functions.
• Bachelor's Degree in a Business related field or equivalent education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Serves as primary point relationship owner for assigned Comprehensive Benefits clients.
• Supports data gathering, requirements analysis and project management for annual enrollment.
• Coordinates and manages Benefits Administration and Annual Enrollment tasks with back-office and offshore teams.
• Supports configuration and maintenance of WFN and other ADP products related to Benefits.
• Manages data flow and integration including carrier connections and payroll updates.
• Provides consultative benefits support and best practices to assigned client book of business.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in a Business related field or equivalent education and experience
