Job summary

ADP is seeking a Benefit Solutions Specialist I in Norfolk, VA to coordinate benefits administration and annual enrollment. You will configure and support ADP’s benefits platform, serving as the primary contact for Comprehensive Benefits clients and guiding enrollment activities.

You will work with internal teams and brokers to gather data, manage tasks, test configurations, and ensure accurate data migration.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in Client Support or Benefit Administration functions.
• Bachelor's Degree in a Business related field or equivalent education and experience required.

Responsibilities

• Serves as primary point relationship owner for assigned Comprehensive Benefits clients, including Benefits Administration and Annual Enrollment.
• Supports data gathering, requirements analysis and project management during annual enrollment.
• Coordinates Benefits Administration and Annual Enrollment tasks with back-office and offshore teams.
• Configures and maintains WFN and other ADP products related to Benefits.
• Ensures enrollment information from brokers, carriers and client leadership supports configuration of WFN/HRB.
