Job summary

ADP is hiring a Benefit Solutions Specialist - I to ensure platform configuration and readiness for client annual enrollment cycles. You will serve as the primary contact for Comprehensive Benefits clients and manage benefit plan setup, enrollment tasks, and WFN technology support.

The role includes coordinating with back-office and offshore teams, conducting data gathering and requirements analyses, and guiding clients through best practices in benefits administration.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in client support or benefits administration functions.
• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Serves as primary relationship owner for Comprehensive Benefits clients, including Benefits Administration and Annual Enrollment.
• Supports data gathering, requirements analysis and project management during enrollment.
• Coordinates Benefits Administration and Annual Enrollment tasks with back-office and offshore teams.
• Supports configuration and maintenance of WFN and other ADP products related to Benefits.
• Manages enrollment-related information, data flow, and issue resolution with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provides consultative benefits support and best practices to assigned client book of business.
