Chubb Benefits in Hawaii is seeking a Sales Leader for a full-time, on-site role based in Wailuku. You will drive sales growth by developing strategies to expand market presence and deepen relationships with employer clients and benefits brokers.

You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, customize benefits solutions with internal teams, provide ongoing client support, and monitor market trends while mentoring team members on product knowledge and best practices.

Formación

• Strong communication and customer service skills to engage with clients and internal partners.
• Proven sales and sales management experience to drive revenue and manage end-to-end sales process.
• Training skills to educate clients, brokers, and team members on products, services, and best practices.
• Experience in insurance, employee benefits, or healthcare-related services is highly beneficial.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills, with proficiency in CRM and productivity tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
