Gilsbar is seeking an Account Representative to support client renewals and service within a designated block of business. You will communicate with clients, producers, carriers and internal teams to ensure accurate enrollment and coverage details and provide responsive support.

The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid setting. Insurance licensing is required and training is provided.

Competenze

• Minimum High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of experience preferred.
• Health & Life license required; company pays for certification/testing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills.

Mansioni

• Initiate and monitor renewal processes for assigned blocks of business.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop renewal strategies and oversee market assessments.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Gilsbar’s benefit products and participate in training.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, addressing enrollment and coverage inquiries.
