Job summary

Alliant Insurance Services seeks a client services professional to provide service for assigned customers and policies, and to support producer-led growth and new business opportunities.

Primary duties include renewal strategy, market analysis, pricing, onboarding new clients, and coordinating proposals with Producers. A valid insurance license and ongoing CE compliance are required, with strong communication and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent required.
• Six or more years of related work experience.
• Valid Insurance License required.
• Must maintain continuing education requirements for license renewal.

Responsibilities

• Supports Producer teams in developing new business opportunities for existing clients and prospects.
• Discusses renewal strategy with Producer for NASC products.
• Analyzes and compares current exposures and develops renewal or new business specifications for marketing the NASC products.
• Conducts marketing, negotiates rates, reviews quotes and coverages for competitiveness and accuracy.
• Reviews and summarizes marketing results and prepares proposals.
• Finalizes proposals and presentations in coordination with Producer.
• Manages the complexity of onboarding new clients for the NASC enrollment services team.
• Minimal travel required to meet high profile clients and represent the NASC during benefit fairs, or support producer with NASC representation.
• Provides technical guidance to staff assisting with client needs or procedural issues.
• Notifies brokers of pertinent information related to client retention.
• Meets with clients as needed or directed by Producer.
• Complies with agency management system data standards and data integrity (enters and maintains complete and accurate information).
• Other duties as assigned.
• Performs all duties in accordance with all company policies and procedures, and all federal, state and local laws, wherein the Company operates.
