Job summary

Harvard University Central Administration is seeking a seasoned benefits professional to analyze and administer ancillary benefit programs. You will manage supplier relationships, drive plan improvements, and help control costs while ensuring compliance with ERISA and university policies.

Reporting to the Sr. Director, Benefits & Retirement Strategy, you will collaborate with Benefits, Finance and HR teams, develop robust reporting, handle data requests, and lead vendor-related projects and

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum of 5 years' relevant benefits experience.
  • Strong analytical and numeric skills; ERISA knowledge; vendor management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage ancillary benefits and unemployment insurance processes.
  • Coordinate vendor management activities and service meetings.
  • Design new processes to improve efficiency and participant experience.
  • Develop reporting for BCW Finance and ensure timely updates.
  • Support employees with benefits questions and claims processing.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and legal regulations.
