Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree is required; field must relate to human resources or administration.
• Experience: at least three years progressively more responsible related experience, including familiarity with variety of benefits plans and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer employee benefit programs for Brown University Health and its partners.
• Provide on-site processing of benefits enrollment and changes to existing coverage.
• Communicate plan provisions and resolve employee questions or concerns.
• Prepare and maintain records, reports, and cost data for benefits plans; audit vendor billing and payments.

Education

Associate's degree in human resource management, industrial relations, business administration or related field
