Job summary

UNS Energy Corporation in Tucson seeks a dedicated Supervisor, Benefits to lead administration, compliance, and continuous improvement of employee benefit programs, including health and welfare plans, retirement programs, and related trust activities.

The role provides day-to-day leadership to the Benefits team and partners with HR leadership to execute strategic plans, drive enrollment, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining confidentiality and superior service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, finance, accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in employee benefits administration.
• Strong knowledge of ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, ADA, IRS, and DOL regulations.
• Proven ability to lead or mentor teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with vendor management and HR systems (e.g., Workday).
