State Center Community College District is seeking an experienced Benefits and Workers’ Compensation Administrator to coordinate and administer district-wide benefit plans and workers’ compensation programs. • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, public administration, accounting or related field.
• At least four years progressively responsible experience in employee benefit plan administration, including workers’ compensation.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and administer medical, dental, vision and life benefits.
• Lead and provide day-to-day guidance to staff; schedule and monitor work for accuracy and deadlines.
• Ensure HIPAA, COBRA and ACA compliance; manage 1095-C forms and related reporting.
• Coordinate annual open enrollment; prepare and distribute enrollment information.
• Administer the District's workers’ compensation program; liaise with medical providers and employees.
• Support labor negotiations with benefit-related input and data analysis.
