Suffolk is seeking a Benefits Administrator to assist with the administration of the City’s human resources programs, interpreting policies and providing information to employees and managers. You will lead projects related to benefits and wellness, requiring tact and independent judgment.

Responsibilities include open enrollment coordination, vendor bill reviews, enrollment data validation, and HRIS data entry.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in HR or business administration required.
• 2-3 years’ HR experience or equivalent combination of education/training/experience.
• Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and ethical standards; UKG experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide information and assistance to employees, retirees, supervisors, and managers regarding benefits and insurance plans.
• Assist with new employee orientation.
• Review and reconcile vendor billing for health, dental, vision, and other benefits.
• Manage VRS Group and Optional Life benefit plans; verify enrollment data accuracy.
