Job summary

LCS Lifespan Corporate Services d/b/a Brown University Health seeks a Benefits Program Manager to drive cross-functional benefits and retirement initiatives. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and HRIS to deliver projects that enhance the employee experience.

The role emphasizes process improvement, analytics, and effective communication, with a focus on compliant, scalable benefits operations and reporting for Brown University Health employees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; PMI, Lean, or Six Sigma cert preferred.
• Experience leading benefits or HR programs is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills mandatory.
• Experience with data and analytics; advanced Excel skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional benefits and retirement projects from planning through implementation.
• Coordinate project plans, timelines, deliverables, resources, and budgets; monitor progress and risks.
• Serve as liaison between Benefits and HRIS; coordinate system-related initiatives, testing, and implementation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable benefits laws and regulations; monitor and report on program outcomes.
