Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional benefits and retirement projects from planning through implementation.
• Coordinate project plans, timelines, deliverables, resources, and budgets.
• Facilitate project meetings, monitor progress, identify risks, and mitigate as needed.
• Liaise between Benefits and HRIS teams for system-related initiatives, testing and implementation.
