Job summary

Atlantic Health is seeking a Manager, Benefits to lead the administration and ongoing improvement of Health & Welfare, retirement, tuition reimbursement, childcare and family-support programs, and related benefits for team members across the system.

You will partner with the Director to translate approved strategies into program administration, vendor performance, and clear communications, while overseeing enrollment, compliance, testing, and metrics that drive a high-quality member experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Health & Welfare benefits programs.
• Strong understanding of retirement and education-related benefits.
• Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and deliver compliant programs.
• Experience supervising and developing a benefits team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the administration and improvement of Health & Welfare programs (medical, dental, vision, FSA, etc.).
• Oversee enrollment, eligibility interpretation, testing, and communications with stakeholders.
• Manage retirement programs including employer-sponsored plans and compliance.
• Direct tuition reimbursement, childcare, and family-support benefits; oversee vendor-related administration.
• Lead open enrollment, renewal processes, and post-enrollment evaluation.
• Supervise and develop Benefits staff; ensure accurate, timely benefit processing.
