Brown University Health seeks a Benefits Program Manager who will lead cross-functional projects across Health & Welfare and Retirement programs, coordinating with HRIS and vendors to drive execution and improve processes. This role partners with stakeholders to deliver program initiatives that enhance the employee experience.

The role requires 3–5 years HR/benefits experience, strong communication, data analytics, and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; PMI/Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred.
• 3–5 years HR/benefits experience required/preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management; data analytics skills.
• Advanced MS Office/365 proficiency including Excel.

Responsabilités

• Lead cross-functional benefits and retirement projects from planning through implementation.
• Coordinate plans, timelines, budgets, deliverables and resources; manage risks.
• Collaborate with HRIS and vendors; drive process improvements and change management.
• Monitor regulatory compliance and report findings to stakeholders.
