Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring a Benefits Administrator to lead daily administration of health, retirement, FSA/HSA, life and disability plans. You will drive open enrollment, partner with HRIS on enrollment accuracy and report on benefits data to leadership.

The role emphasizes compliance with ERISA, ACA and COBRA, and requires a Bachelor’s in HR with 3–5 years in Benefits Administration, plus strong analytical and communication skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; 3–5 years benefits administration experience.
• Hands-on HRIS and benefits enrollment knowledge; Workday preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and confidentiality skills.

Responsabilidades

• Administer day-to-day benefits programs (health, retirement, FSA/HSA, life, disability).
• Manage deductions and 401(k) contributions; support open enrollment with carriers.
• Partner with HRIS and Communications to ensure compliant, clear employee messaging.
• Develop and update procedures; ensure regulatory compliance (ERISA, ACA, COBRA).
