Job summary

Sibanye-Stillwater seeks a Human Resources Representative 2 or 3 - Benefits Administration to manage US benefits programs from Columbus, MT. You will coordinate health, life, disability and retirement plans, and communicate design and value to employees.

The role partners with Finance and operations, oversees outsourced benefits services and vendor contracts, maintains regulatory compliance, and leads annual budget planning. Strong communication and program management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or 3 years benefits management experience.
• Proven success building advisory relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Experience partnering with external consultants to build strategies, methodologies, processes, tools, and communication.
• SHRM-SCP or HRCI certification preferred.
• Experience in mining or heavy industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all activities related to the delivery of benefit programs for the US Region (health, life, disability, and retirement).
• Ensure benefits programs comply with regulatory requirements and filings.
• Oversee outsourced benefits administration and manage vendor contracts.
• Collaborate with Finance to determine cost and enterprise impact of changes.
• Prepare and manage the annual benefits budget.
• Communicate benefits programs to employees and families.
• Develop strong working relationships with HR and operations leadership.
