Job summary

DeSilva Gates Construction is seeking a Benefits Manager to lead the administration of our employee benefit programs in Dublin. You will oversee self-insured medical plans, manage TPAs and brokers, ensure COBRA/ACA/ERISA/HIPAA compliance, and provide cost analyses and reporting.

The role requires strong analytical and service orientation with a focus on accuracy, vendor relations, and employee communications. Total compensation includes comprehensive benefits and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in employee benefits administration.
• Experience with self-insured medical plans, TPAs, and brokers.
• Strong knowledge of COBRA, ACA, ERISA, HIPAA.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administration of employee benefit programs (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, wellness).
• Manage eligibility, enrollment, life events, and terminations.
• Lead annual Open Enrollment and employee communications.
• Serve as primary resource for benefits questions and claims issues.
• Review and improve benefits processes for accuracy and efficiency.
