Job summary

David Lawrence Centers For Behavioral Health in Naples, FL is seeking an HR Generalist - Benefits & Payroll Specialist to oversee benefits administration, payroll coordination, HRIS data accuracy, employee transactions, and compliance reporting. This on-site role follows a Monday-Thursday 8AM-5PM schedule, with Friday 8AM-3PM, and offers potential for one remote workday after training.

Starting salary is $65,000 per year, with ultimate offer based on related experience and language skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 1-3 years' experience supporting benefits administration, payroll coordination, HR operations, employee records, or HRIS administration.
• Current/Clear FL Driver's License with ability to travel locally.
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking & HRIS Systems.
• Healthcare/behavioral health/nonprofit experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k), FSA/HSA, COBRA.
• Coordinate enrollments, life events, and terminations; handle deductions calculations.
• Oversee annual Open Enrollment and vendor communications.
• Serve as liaison with benefit vendors, brokers, carriers, and third parties.
• Handle payroll coordination, transcripts of payroll transactions, and audits.
• Maintain HRIS data accuracy and generate standard reports.
• Provide leave administration support and compliance reporting assistance.
• Deliver frontline employee service on benefits, payroll, and HR procedures.
