Job description

Our client, a leader in the operations and benefits sector, is seeking a Benefits Specialist to join their team. As a Payroll & Benefits Specialist (Part-Time), you will be part of the Operations team supporting various Wellbeing Operating Companies. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Job Details

• Location: Remote
• Part-Time: 20 hours per week
• Pay Range: $40 - $47 per hour

Responsibilities

1. Manage data accuracy in Paylocity following handover from the Newfront implementation team.
2. Support remaining Operating Companies in implementing the leave management system (Tilt).
3. Assist with other implementations (e.g., Greenhouse).
4. Develop process maps for key touchpoints to clarify ownership and system handoffs.
5. Engage with Operating Company teams to provide support through the process mapping.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in payroll and benefits administration.
• Familiarity with Paylocity and other HR systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and excellent problem-solving skills.
