The Associate Director of Benefits & Payroll provides senior leadership for employee benefits, payroll, retirement, and well-being programs, reporting to HR Operations & Total Rewards. You will drive governance, change leadership, and partnerships with brokers and vendors to deliver premier Total Rewards across the firm.

Qualifications

• Eight to ten years of progressive experience in benefits, payroll and/or Total Rewards.
• Experience in a large law firm or professional services organization is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and governance of health, welfare, and retirement benefit programs.
• Oversee payroll processing and governance across multiple states.
• Partner with Finance and HR teams to align Total Rewards with organizational priorities.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (ERISA, IRS, DOL, HIPAA, ACA, COBRA).
• Drive continuous improvement of benefit and payroll programs.
