Motion Industries seeks a senior leader to manage North America Benefits & Leave Administration, overseeing outsourced programs and ensuring employee-focused service delivery. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in HR, business, or related field.
7+ years in benefits or HR operations.
5+ years in people leadership.
Experience with US/Canada benefits programs and regulatory compliance.
Experience with third-party administrators and vendor management.
Experience with Flexible Benefit Plan administration.
Service-oriented, employee-facing environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee outsourced Health & Welfare, Retirement, Disability, and Leave programs.
Own benefits and leave service delivery for US/Canada employees.
Monitor performance, feedback, and metrics for quality experience.
Identify gaps and risks; drive improvements in benefits delivery.
Act as escalation point for complex health, retirement, leave issues.
Collaborate with vendors, Payroll, HR Ops & Legal to resolve concerns.
Ensure timely resolution of escalated employee issues.
Review vendor performance and enforce SLAs and compliance.
Maintain governance with HR leadership on program changes.
