AbbVie seeks a detail-oriented HRConnect - Benefits Specialist to support US benefits administration, partner with vendors, and advocate for employees on healthcare issues. You will help manage enrollment, audits, and data integrity in a collaborative HR Operations environment.

This role emphasizes customer service, confidentiality, and the ability to navigate fast-paced settings while advancing benefits initiatives and supporting relocation processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business recommended.
• 3 years of experience in Benefits.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with ability to effectively communicate HR-related information to employees at all levels of the organization.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills to effectively resolve employee inquiries and issues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and demands.
• Must work well in a team environment and be able to contribute independently.
• Must be self-directed and able to handle concurrent projects at the same time with minimal supervision.

Responsabilités

• Provide support to active and retired employees in the United States for escalated health and welfare issues that have not been resolved by external vendors or the HRConnect people experience team at an advanced level.
• Assist in managing benefits enrollment and administration for employees relocating internationally.
• Furnish necessary data and documentation for plan audits and other assigned projects.
• Oversee and address issues and data discrepancies with health and welfare vendors responsible for providing services to both active and retired employees.
• Offer payroll assistance to address inquiries and resolve issues related to employee benefits.
• Compile and provide necessary data and documentation for plan audits and any other assigned projects.
• Complete audits as related to health and welfare plans as needed.
• Actively participate in HRConnect initiatives, projects, and goals.
• Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.
