Job summary

The Hilb Group is seeking an Employee Benefits Operations Analyst to join our Cranston, RI team in a hybrid capacity. You will research commissions, manage documentation, and support financial reporting and benefit systems to ensure accurate and timely information.

Ideal candidates are well organized, able to prioritize, and able to collaborate across Finance, Sales, and service teams. A strong background in MS Office and data analysis is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School degree.
• Bachelor’s or associate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Analytics, Communications, or related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
• Experience in employee benefits, insurance brokerage, operations, finance support, data analysis, or professional services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research missing commissions, statements, and bonus allocations.
• Maintain commission statement libraries and support documentation and allocation of activity.
• Support accounts receivable, billing, collections follow-up, and audit questions.
