Responsibilities

• Manage marketing for accounts generating $15,000+ revenue.
• Work with Carrier Partners for competitive proposals.
• Deliver expert product recommendations.
• Inform Producers and Service Teams on market status.
• Attend open enrollment meetings and support communications.
• Create Benefits Guides and assist with compliance.
• Represent agency at carrier meetings.
• Support Producers in sales meetings.
