Job summary

Addison Group in Washington, DC is seeking a Benefits Manager on a contract through January 2027 to support the HR Benefits team during Open Enrollment. You will manage health and welfare, retirement benefits, compliance, reporting, and employee communications.

This role requires 5+ years in benefits administration, strong Excel skills, and experience with benefits systems (Workday preferred). You will collaborate with HR leadership, vendors, and internal partners to ensure accurate benefits

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in benefits administration.
• Experience with Open Enrollment and compliance.
• Knowledge of health, welfare, retirement programs.
• Strong Excel and data reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the annual Open Enrollment process.
• Administer health, welfare, retirement, life, disability, and educational benefits.
• Collaborate with HR leadership to evaluate benefits strategies and programs.
• Prepare reports and analyze data to support decision-making.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cost modeling for benefits.
