Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in benefits administration or related HR field.
• Knowledge of benefits regulations (ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience with ADP or similar HRIS systems (preferred).
• Professional certification (CEBS, PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar) (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Administer day-to-day operations of employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, and wellness initiatives.
• Support annual open enrollment, including preparation, system setup, and employee communications.
• Ensure accurate enrollment, changes, and terminations in benefits systems.
• Coordinate with benefits vendors, brokers, and third-party administrators.
• Assist in renewals, vendor evaluations, and audits.
• Maintain plan documents, SPDs, and required notices.
• Respond to employee inquiries related to benefits and provide guidance on plan options.
• Support budgeting and renewal analysis processes; assist with reporting and tracking.
• Collaborate with HRIS and payroll teams to ensure data accuracy and system functionality.
