Coates Group seeks a Benefits Administrator to support NAM benefits, leave management, policy governance and global mobility. You’ll be the primary benefits contact for the US and Canada, coordinating enrollments, life events, vendor relations, and policy updates.

You will partner with the Senior Director, People & Culture, NAM on renewals and design changes, and help maintain onboarding/offboarding processes and employee handbooks. On-site Chicago preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of benefits administration or related HR experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of US/Canada benefits, leave, employment laws.
• Experience across US and Canada preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and HRIS/payroll systems.

Responsabilités

• Administers US and Canada benefits programs and serves as liaison with brokers and vendors.
• Responds to employee questions, resolves issues, and communicates benefits information.
• Administers leave-of-absence programs across US and Canada with compliance.
• Manages benefits enrollments and life-event changes in HiBob, ADP, and carrier systems.
• Partners with Senior Director, People & Culture on renewals and plan design changes.
• Supports onboarding and offboarding processes within People & Culture.
• Maintains employee handbooks, policies, and related compliance documentation.
• Drives wellness and engagement initiatives for NAM and coordinates payroll-related updates.
