Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on employee benefits administration experience.
• Experience processing benefit enrollments, changes, qualifying life events, and terminations in an HRIS or benefits administration system.

Responsibilities

• Benefits Administration: process enrollments, changes, and terminations in ADP and vendor systems.
• Leave of Absence & Disability Administration: manage FMLA, ADA, personal and state leaves.
• Open Enrollment, Employee Support & Benefit Events: support annual enrollment activities.
• Compliance, Reporting & General Support: maintain audit-ready benefit records and reports.
