FiberTel is seeking a Benefits and Leave Specialist to join our HR team in Springville, UT. You will administer employee benefits and leaves, coordinate with our corporate benefits team, and reconcile billing to payroll.

Reporting to the HR Manager, the role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information while ensuring compliance with FMLA and other leave laws. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2+ years in benefits and leave administration.
• Strong knowledge of FMLA and related leave laws.
• Understanding of how benefit deductions flow into payroll.
• Excellent communication and discretion when handling confidential information.

Aufgaben

• Process benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations for employees.
• Serve as liaison between employees and corporate benefits administration.
• Reconcile benefit billing to payroll across pay cycles.
• Prepare and review benefit billing reports.
• Administer leaves of absence, including FMLA eligibility and notices.
• Track leave status and return-to-work dates.
• Respond to questions on benefits, eligibility, and leave.
• Maintain accurate, confidential benefit records.
