Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Track and maintain all leave of absences, including medical certifications and communications under applicable regulations.
• Responsible for 401k plan administration.
• Track benefits deductions in HRIS and make adjustments as needed.
• Reconcile and process monthly benefit invoices.
• Communicate benefit updates and changes to employees and stakeholders.
