Job summary

Nevada HAND is seeking a Benefits and HR Rewards Specialist in Las Vegas, NV to manage benefits administration, 401(k) coordination, leave, wellness, and HRIS duties for over 300 staff.

The role emphasizes confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance, with responsibilities in enrollment, leave processing (FMLA, ADA, ACA, USERRA, Workers' Comp), ADP reporting, and total compensation communications.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of HR experience with benefits administration, leave management, and HRIS.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now strongly preferred.
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish required.
• Knowledge of ERISA, FMLA, ADA, ACA and related laws.

Responsibilities

• Administer employee benefits enrollment and benefits communications.
• Coordinate FMLA, ADA, ACA, USERRA, and Workers' Compensation leave processes.
• Maintain HRIS data in ADP Workforce Now and generate reports.
• Assist with onboarding, I-9/work-card documentation, and pre-employment screening backups.
• Collaborate with VP of HR and brokers to ensure compliance and open enrollment.
