Job summary

HYVE HR Advisor – Benefits & Leave Administration at TD SYNNEX is seeking a detail-oriented HR professional to manage LOA casework, benefits education, and Workday processes for HYVE coworkers in a hybrid US-based environment.

Responsibilities include educating managers on leave programs, guiding state filings, and ensuring compliant, timely leave administration while coordinating with Payroll, Absence Management providers, and HR partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR operations focusing on benefits and LOA administration.
• Knowledge of FMLA, CFRA/State programs, ADA/FEHA, PFL, STD, and return-to-work.
• Hands-on experience with Workday and absence-management portals.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases.
• Excellent communication skills to educate and coach managers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Educate managers, HR partners, and coworkers on leave programs (FMLA, CFRA, state leaves, etc.).
• Guide coworkers on state claim filing responsibilities and benefit offsets.
• Manage LOA casework and ensure timely filings and return-to-work planning.
• Collaborate with Benefits, Payroll, and Absence Management providers.
• Educate leaders on notification procedures and compliance.
